What are brochures called when they're folded for times instead of three times?

Can you answer hanfordtech's question about brochures?:

What are brochures called when they're folded for times instead of three times and how big a paper associated with that type of fold
and does anybody know where a template of that size is available

it would still be a DL fold, and the paper size would have to be 210 x 393mm (you would have a fold mark at 99mm, 98mm and 97mm it decreases each time so when folded the brochure sits flat) you will probably have to get the job set up and printed on A3 size paper and trimmed down.. If you are setting the template up just create it at 210 x 393mm and when you go to print, print it on an A3 size sheet with trims..
